About the farm

Lavitra Farm started on 5 September 2025. We keep sheep and native hens, and we buy and sell both. The farm is run entirely by its owner, Dhenuteja, with his own hard work.

Dhenuteja, founder and owner of Lavitra Farm

Meet the founder

Dhenuteja is the founder and owner of Lavitra Farm. He holds two postgraduate degrees: a Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed) and a Master of Social Work (MSW).

He is also a ball badminton player: senior national merit, junior national three times, and sub-junior national two times.

The same discipline drives his business. Dhenuteja has a real passion for business and believes that hard work always pays back. Every sheep and hen he raises, and every deal he makes, is built on honest effort, and that is what customers love about Lavitra Farm.

Every thought behind Lavitra Farm began with one belief: honest hard work builds trust.

Three meals a dayThe sheep are fed three times a day, so they stay strong and well fed.
Healthy sheepGood feed and daily attention keep the flock healthy. A healthy sheep diet is built on hay or green fodder, clean water and minerals.

Free to roam, fed well

Freedom to roamOur hens walk freely around the farm all day, in the sun and open air.
Healthy foodWe give our hens healthy, natural food, and they also scratch and forage for themselves.
Healthy, active birdsHens that roam, eat a varied diet and get plenty of sunlight and exercise stay stronger and healthier. Free-range eggs and meat are also known for richer flavour.
